NOTICE OF PROPOSED 

                                                                                                                             SOLE SOURCE AWARD

                                                                         PURCHASE OF A CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SYSTEM FROM PROCORE

            The Board of Directors (Board) of Clean Water Services (District) will consider District’s proposed findings for a sole source award of a Contract to purchase a Construction Management Software System from Procore. The proposed findings may be obtained at the District’s Administration Building located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon or by contacting Michelle Mann at mannm@cleanwaterservices.org.

 

If affected bidders or proposers desire to protest the District's determination that the goods are available from only one source, they need to send a written protest to Michelle Mann, Procurement Specialist, Clean Water Services, 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 and mannm@cleanwaterservices.org by 4:00 p.m. on April 27, 2026.  Please contact Ms. Mann at (503) 547-8035 or mannm@cleanwaterservices.org for copies of the District's rules that identify the conditions required to file a protest and the information required to be included in the protest.
