The Board of Directors (Board) of Clean Water Services (District) will consider District’s proposed findings for a sole source award of a Master Contract for Flygt Equipment and Services allowing District to purchase equipment, parts and associated services specifically designed for water resource recovery facilities from Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc.  The proposed findings may be obtained at the District’s Administration Building located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon or by contacting Dawn York at yorkda@cleanwaterservices.org.

 

If affected bidders or proposers desire to protest the District's determination that the goods are available from only one source, they need to send a written protest to Dawn York, Procurement Specialist, Clean Water Services, 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, OR 97123 and yorkda@cleanwaterservices.org by 4:00 p.m. on March 12, 2026. Please contact Ms. York at yorkda@cleanwaterservices.org for copies of the District's rules that identify the conditions required to file a protest and the information required to be included in the protest.
