Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase Cloud Data Center services for the remainder of the current fiscal year, ending June 30, 2026, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the State of Arizona in partnership with the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). The District is a member of NASPO’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is provided in accordance with ORS 279A.220. 

The State of Arizona, Department of Administration, in partnership with NASPO, issued Request for Proposal BPM002338 for Software Value‐Added Reseller Services and awarded a contract to SHI International Corporation (SHI). The District will purchase Cloud Data Center services from SHI under this cooperative contract in an amount of up to $20,000. 

Prospective vendors may submit comments on the District's intent to purchase from SHI under this interstate cooperative procurement. Comments must be submitted to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist, at DuffeK@cleanwaterservices.org no later than March 2, 2026
