Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit quotes to conduct a comprehensive Oregon Equal Pay study for all employees of the District including approximately 200 represented employees and 250 unrepresented employees.
Interested firms or individuals must submit quotes electronically to Christina Gangle, Procurement Supervisor, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4673_RFQ___Oregon_Equal_Pay_Study (Bid Locker) by February 28, 2025, at 4:00:00 p.m. (PST). District will not accept late quotes or quotes that are faxed, mailed, or emailed. Before consultants can submit their quotes, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Quotes will not be opened publicly nor read aloud.
Copies of the Request for Quotes (RFQ) can be downloaded from Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4673_RFQ___Oregon_Equal_Pay_Study. It is the Consultant’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, response to inquiries or questions, cancellations, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. It is not District’s responsibility to notify participating Consultants by email or by any other means of any of the above.
