Clean Water Services (District) wishes to enter into a contract for nutria management services at its Fernhill Wetlands facility at 1399 SW Fern Hill Road, Forest Grove, OR  97116. Interested contractors must submit proposals to Michelle Mann, Procurement Specialist, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4382 until 2:00 p.m., local time, on August 29, 2024. Before Contractors can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Any proposals received after the specified time will not be considered.  District will not accept proposals by mail, facsimile or email. Proposals will not be publicly opened or read aloud.
 
District intends to award one or more contracts for nutria management services.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fernhill Wetlands, 1399 SW Fern Hill Road, Forest Grove, OR  97116.  The meeting will last approximately 1.5 hours. Contractors who attended the pre-proposal meeting on July 10, 2024 need not attend a second meeting (attendance sheet attached to RFP as Attachment 1).
 
Contractors need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

Clean Water Services may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
