Clean Water Services (District) is seeking to purchase the following goods as part of the Forest Grove Primary Treatment Project No. 7190 (Project):

The goods will be delivered to the Forest Grove Water Resource Recovery Facility located at 1345 Fern Hill Road, Forest Grove, Oregon. Interested vendors must submit bids.

 

All bids must be submitted to Christina Gangle, Procurement Supervisor, by Friday, May 24, 2024 2:00 p.m., local time, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at Purchase of Pipe and Fittings for Forest Grove Primary Treatment Project No. 7190 - Bid Locker (Bid Locker).  Facsimile, mailed, or emailed bids will not be accepted.  Before Bidders can submit their bids, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Late bids will not be considered for award. It is each Bidder’s responsibility, when submitting its Bid electronically via Bid Locker, to ensure timely delivery by submitting its Bid sufficiently in advance of the deadline.

 

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by telephone conference at 2:00 p.m. local time on May 24, 2024.  Bidders can attend the opening by calling the telephone conference number (503) 681-4497.

Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

 

District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any bid upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so.
