Clean Water Services (District) intends to renew the NetApp Storage Area Network (SAN) warranty and support services, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
NCPA issued Sealed Bid Solicitation No. 12-22 requesting competitive bids for Systems and Information Management Software and awarded a contract to EC America. District shall renew NetApp SAN warranty and support services from Ivoxy Consulting. LLC, a local authorized dealer for EC America, for the sum of $ 14,555.16.
Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from EC America through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 no later than April 15, 2023.
