Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase additional servers to build out and segregate District’s networks, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
