Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals (Proposal) to be considered for the award of a Price Agreement for web and digital experience services.

 

A description of the services included, and the Proposal requirements and timelines are in District’s Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested consultants must submit a Proposal to be considered. The intent is to enter into multiple Price Agreements. Proposals are to be submitted electronically to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker (Bid Locker) at https://bidlocker.us/details/4068_Rfp___Web_And_Digital_Experience_Services, by 4:00 p.m., PST, on April 3, 2024. Before a Proposal is submitted, you will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Any Proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. District will not accept Proposals by mail, facsimile or email.  Late Proposals will be kept by District, but not considered for award. Proposals will not be publicly opened or read aloud.

 

The RFP document may be downloaded from District’s website at https://dynamic.cleanwaterservices.org/Bids (Website) by selecting the title of this RFP and completing the section to request the document package. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. You are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website. District may reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all Proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
