Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase additional servers to build out and segregate District’s networks , through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
