The Request for Proposals for Digital Experience Services advertised on September 6, 2023 (RFP) is canceled and all proposals submitted in response to the RFP are rejected.
Clean Water Services (District) received two proposals in response to the RFP. One of the proposals did not meet the requirements in the RFP; therefore, the goal of creating a pool of qualified firms for a series of specific projects was not met.
District has determined pursuant to District Purchasing Rule 30-102(1) and 30-115 that it is in the public interest for the RFP to be canceled and all proposals rejected.
The District intends to reissue the RFP to clarify the services and requirements and allow proposers to attend a pre-proposal conference.
