Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase temporary staffing assistance from Robert Half International, Inc. (Robert Half), through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the Houston-Galveston Area Council Governments Cooperative Purchasing Program (HGAC). The District is a member of HGAC’s cooperative purchasing program.  This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.

HGAC issued Invitation No. TS06-21 requesting competitive proposals for temporary staffing services for a variety of occupations and awarded a contract to Robert Half.  District will purchase temporary staffing services for one Administrative Associate position and two Administrative Assistant positions from Robert Half under three, six-month contracts with a combined estimated cost that will not exceed $84,240. 

            Prospective contractors can comment on District's intent to purchase from Robert Half through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Victoria Dailey, Procurement Program Support Specialist at daileyv@cleanwaterservices.org no later than August 14, 2023.
