**RFP ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION SCHEDULE CHANGED TO INLCUDE PROPOSAL DUE DATE PER FIRST ADDENDUM**

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide comprehensive services for Data Management Master Planning to develop a data management master plan as part of the West Basin Master Plan Project No. 7054 (Project).  

Interested firms or individuals must submit proposals electronically to Steve Waldron, Program Support Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/3578_Rfp_Data_Management_Master_Planning_West_Basin_Master_Plan_7054 by August 29, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., (PST). District will not accept late proposals or proposals that are faxed, mailed or emailed. Before consultants can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud.

Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) can be downloaded from District’s Website at https://dynamic.cleanwaterservices.org/Bids (Website) by selecting the title of this RFP and completing the section to request the document package. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website. You may also subscribe to District’s Open Solicitations RSS feed at the same Website address and you will be notified when an Addendum to or clarifications of the RFP documents have been posted. District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
