Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase additional hard drives (spinning disks and solid-state drives) to add capacity into our existing data storage and support services, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.

NCPA issued Request for Proposal Solicitation No. 12-22 requesting competitive responses for Systems and Information Management Software and awarded a contract to EC America. District will purchase additional hard drives (spinning disks and solid-state drives) to add capacity into our existing data storage and support services from Ivoxy Consulting. LLC, a local authorized dealer for EC America, for the sum of $37,728.80.

Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from EC America through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Heidi Blasingame, Procurement Coordinator at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 no later than May 18, 2023.
