Clean Water Services (District) wishes to purchase a high-pressure liquid chromatography with a tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) system that provides reliable and repeatable results for ultra-low trace organics, particularly PFAS, at low part per trillion levels in water and part per billion levels in solids with robust interference removal and matrix tolerance.  Interested vendors must submit proposals. 

 

Proposals are to be submitted to Christina Gangle, Procurement Supervisor, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/3532_Purchase_Of_Liquid_Chomatography_Tandem_Mass_Spectrometry_System_Reissue by May 15, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., local time (PST).  Late proposals or proposals that are faxed, mailed or emailed will not be accepted. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud. Before vendors can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register.

 

Copies of the RFP can be downloaded from District’s Website at https://dynamic.cleanwaterservices.org/Bids (Website) under the name of the procurement. You will need to submit a valid email address to receive instructions on downloading a copy of the RFP. Your email address will be saved in District’s Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Vendors need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

 

District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
