Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase debt and lease management software and implementation services from Fifth Asset, Inc., dba DebtBook (DebtBook), through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program.  This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.

NCPA issued Request for Proposal Solicitation No. 21-21 requesting competitive proposals for Debt and Lease Management Software and Consulting Services and awarded a contract to DebtBook.  District will purchase the Software and Services from DebtBook for the sum of $15,000 for the first year and $13,000 per year thereafter.

Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from DebtBook through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Christina Gangle, Procurement Supervisor, at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 no later than April 11, 2023.
