Clean Water Services (District) is seeking a governmental affairs consultant to represent the District on water resource management issues before the Congress of the United States, Executive Branch, and other agencies of the U.S. Government, with the goal of ensuring that legislative and congressional actions are consistent with the views and interests of the District. Interested consultants must submit proposals. 

Proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted to Christina Gangle, Procurement Supervisor, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/3282_Governmental_Affairs_Consulting_Services by Friday, February 10, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. local time (PST). Late proposals and proposals that are faxed mailed or emailed will not be accepted. Before consultants can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud.

Copies of the RFP can be downloaded from District’s website at https://dynamic.cleanwaterservices.org/Bids (Website) by selecting the title of the RFP and completing the section to request the document package. You will need to submit a valid email address to receive instructions on downloading a copy of the RFP. Your email address will be saved in the District’s Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website. District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
