Proposal Documents Due: 4:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, February 23, 2023.
Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide engineering services to perform a preliminary assessment for the Fanno Sanitary Sewer Basin as part of the East Basin I/I Abatement Project No. 7178 (Project). The Project is needed to optimize the District’s fiscal spending between the following three interlinked projects: 1) East Basin (small diameter) Inflow and Infiltration (I/I) Abatement; 2) Fanno Interceptor Dual Use Wet Weather Relief and Reuse Pump Station; and 3) Fanno Creek Interceptor (Large Diameter) Rehabilitation. Additional detail is provided in the Project Description and Scope of Work sections of the Request for Proposals (RFP) document.
Interested firms or individuals must submit proposals
electronically to Victoria Dailey, Program Support Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker (Bid Locker) at https://bidlocker.us/details/3275_Rfp___Fanno_Sanitary_Sewer_Basin_Preliminary_Assessment_For_The_East_Basin_Ii_Abatement_Project_No_7178 by Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. local time. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be opened publicly or read aloud. District may elect to hold oral evaluations.

This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email address will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website. Consultants need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).
District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
